Rates and opening hours

To ensure proper operation of the refuge and optimal service for all users, we inform you of our cancellation policy:

Cancellations less than 6 days in advance:

• 100% of the paid amount will not be refunded.

Cancellations between 7 and 15 days before the booking date:

• 50% of the paid amount will not be refunded.

Cancellations more than 16 days before the booking date:

• 25% of the paid amount will not be refunded.

No full or partial refunds will be issued due to price differences between sales channels.

Once the booking has been confirmed, refunds resulting from promotions, discounts, or rates available through other channels or on later dates will not be accepted.

The rates and conditions applied at the time of purchase are those in force and are considered accepted by the customer when formalizing the booking.

Any request for modification or cancellation will be subject to the specific conditions of the contracted rate.

Formalizing the booking implies the express acceptance of these conditions.

In the event of force majeure —bad weather, accident...—, please contact the refuge to manage the case.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days in advance.
